It’s official: Stalk Ashley walks into the 2026 Caribbean Music Awards with two nominations — Female Dancehall Artist of the Year and the Dancehall Impact Award. The Caribbean Music Awards announced the nominees in June, with the ceremony set for 19 September 2026 in Port of Spain, Trinidad (full nominees, date and venue guide) — and the artist-of-the-year field puts her shoulder to shoulder with Shenseea, Spice, Jada Kingdom, Shaneil Muir and Vanessa Bling.

From song nominee to artist nominee
Last year it was the record: “Really Like U” with Skillibeng earned a 2025 nomination for Dancehall Collaboration of the Year. This year it’s the artist herself — recognition for a run that has taken her from the Stalky the Bratt album through “Ready for the Ride” with Sean Paul, “On The Boulevard”, “2BSexy” and “Quaker (Oats Porridge)”. The Dancehall Impact nod places her among the new generation reshaping the genre, alongside names like RajahWild, Malie Donn and Nigy Boy.
And the run isn’t slowing down
The nominations landed in the middle of another release moment: “Good Ole Gyal”, her new link-up with 450, now has an official music video out.
