Reggae Sumfest is the summit of Jamaican live music — a week-long July festival in Montego Bay that has crowned dancehall and reggae royalty since 1993. Its main stage sits at Catherine Hall, a stone’s throw from the sea on Jamaica’s northwest coast, in the tourism capital affectionately called “MoBay”.
Sumfest 2023 — the arrival
Stalk Ashley took the Catherine Hall stage in July 2023, in the same summer she released “Top Body” on Mixpak Records — her introduction to the festival’s massive home crowd.
Blitz 2025 — the statement
Two years later she returned for Sumfest’s all-black Blitz event on the Catherine Hall stadium grounds. The Jamaica Gleaner reported she “enjoyed every moment” of a commanding set that peaked when Valiant emerged to perform their duet “Narcissistic” together — one of the most talked-about guest moments of the 2025 festival.
